Runcloud is more of a PHP server management service.
It can be installed on a plain Linux server and the paid plans have Openlitespeed web server creation. Runcloud makes installing WordPress easy even in the free plan with apache and Nginx.
The upside is that even if your server goes down or if there are some issues, Runcloud will be able to tell you that your server is not connected, and you can take actions through the dashboard

Look honestly I’m new to aaPanel it has a small community which is a downside. You can easily pick a web server, PHP version, and database software. It offers a one-click WordPress installation.
In my testing, the backup and restore feature is limited, and I couldn’t quote restore a WordPress blog. Each time there were some issues when restoring a WordPress backup along with the database. It just didn’t work with Openlitespeed as a web server.
But for creating a fresh WordPress I can recommend it as it takes a significantly less amount of resources from your server.
